The National Weather Service released a winter weather advisory at 6:41 p.m. on Sunday in effect until Monday at 7 p.m. for Oneida County.
The weather service adds to prepare for, "Total snowfall accumulations between 2 and 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph."
"Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes," explains the weather service. "Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1."
