BILLINGS, Mont. – The intersection at Pierce Parkway and Gabel Road with Zoo Drive in Billings will be closed starting November 17 for about five days, Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) announced.

Crews will update and reconfigure traffic signals during this time.

Drivers will still be able to access Costco and other area businesses but should plan for alternate routes.

Suggested routes include Shiloh Road to Pierce Parkway near Meadowlark Brewing and Hesper Road to Gabel Road to Broso Park Drive.

Most construction on this project is expected to conclude the week before Thanksgiving, though minor activities will continue into 2026, MDT said.
