The Paul VI junior tracked down a looping 50-yard pass from sophomore Catherine Aversa, calmly one-touched the ball to settle it, then ripped a laser of a shot, 25 yards into the top right corner of the net for the only goal of the game. The NJSIAA Non-Public Group A championship game to be exact.

Paul VI completed a magical, perfect 24-0 season, to win its second straight state championship with a 1-0 win over Immaculate Heart Academy.
