The BPD reports that its officers responded to 137 incidents in its report ending at 10 a.m. Sunday. Those include one robbery, four aggravated assaults, two residential burglaries, four instances of theft from a vehicle, and 13 instances of miscellaneous larceny.

All of the below-named defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. • Joseph Brodie, 59 Century Way, Merrimack, N. H. Trespassing. • Wilmer Fuentes, 1 Saratoga Pl., East Boston. Trespassing. • Billie Joe Quintana Vega, 44 Harrison Ave., Boston. Larceny under $1,200.
