(undated) -- The KXRA audio of the Alexandria Cardinals' game with Spring Lake Park in the 2025 Class AAAAA State Football Tournament played in Monticello on Saturday, November 8th can be accessed here.

Alexandria was able to qualify for the State Football Tournament for a third consecutive season after eliminating Bemidji on October 31st to capture the Section 8AAAAA title. The Cardinals had the distinction of matching up against one of only two undefeated Class AAAAA teams that advanced to State: the Spring Lake Park Panthers out of Section 6.
