The CPIM on Saturday lodged an FIR against BJP leader Tinkubrata Das of Barjala Mandal for making what it described as an offensive and threatening remark against its workers. A video circulating on social media showed Das warning CPIM workers that he would peel off their skin if they failed to correct their mistakes. The remark was reportedly made during celebrations following the NDA’s landslide victory in the Bihar Assembly elections.
