Shedeur Sanders cut a disappointed figure on the Cleveland Browns’ bench after suffering a loss in his NFL debut.

It took the rookie quarterback up to Week 11 to play in his first regular-season game, and it probably won’t count as a memorable first for him.

Sanders, who recently hinted that the Browns would soon start him, came on in place of Dillon Gabriel after the latter went off with a concussion and completed two passes for 12 yards on his first drive.

He was then sacked on a third down and fumbled the ball; the Browns recovered the fumble and punted, and he turned the ball over on the following drive by throwing an interception.

Cameras caught the Browns’ fifth-round pick looking depressed while sitting on the bench after the disheartening 23-16 loss.
