Street repair covers Wichita's Riverside neighborhood in concrete dust

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - People living in Wichita's Riverside neighborhood are calling for answers and accountability after they say a construction company mishandled materials and caused concrete dust to settle over the entire neighborhood. Now they're worried about their property and their health with every breath they take.
