BATTLE CREEK - Lakeview held a special fall signing day on Wednesday, Nov. 12 highlighting the future destinations for some of the student-athletes at the school.

A pair of Spartans took advantage of the opportunity to have their family, friends and coaches there to celebrate their decision to compete at the next level, including Lila Mae Frank and Aidan Downey.

Frank committed to play women's soccer at the Division 1 level at Ball State University.

The leading scorer for the Spartans after a standout junior season, Lila Mae Frank will be a four-year varsity player this spring. Frank was a rising prospect for a Lakeview team that went 13-4-3 overall, advanced to the district finals and won an All-City title for the fifth year in a row.
