(KRON) -- One person is dead after a shooting Sunday morning in San Francisco's Bayview-Hunters Point neighborhood, the San Francisco Police Department said. The shooting happened around 9:46 a.m. near Carroll Avenue and Donner Avenue.

Police arrived at the scene and located a victim with a gunshot wound. According to SFPD, paramedics declared the victim dead.
