However, that was exactly the case when these two NFC West rivals squared off during Week 11 of the NFL on Sunday.

The most notable is the team franchise record set by the Cardinals for most penalties, with 17 for a total of 130 yards, surpassing the previous record set in 1936. 11 of those penalties came in the first half, which was more points than the team scored in the first half.
