Rosalía appeared on The Tonight Show last night to perform her song “La Perla” and to discuss her new album, Lux , with host Jimmy Fallon .

The Spanish singer showcased the evocative track in a sumptuous white gown while lying on a pile of mattresses on the late-night show stage. As the camera pulled back, it was revealed that she was surrounded by musicians, including a strings section. In a reference to fairy tale The Princess and the Pea , Rosalía climbed down from the bed and revealed a pearly ball (hence the song’s title) from under the mattresses. Notably, the performance was subtitled in English for viewers.
