PANAJI: The High Court of Bombay at Goa has issued a notice to the State government in response to a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Diksha Vaigankar, a resident of Sankhali, challenging the recently introduced Section 38A of the Goa Land Revenue Code.

The contentious provision allows the regularisation of encroachments on government land.
