Saskatchewan Roughriders fans across Regina erupted in celebration on Sunday night after the team won its fifth Grey Cup championship in Winnipeg.
After the 25-17 win over the Montreal Alouettes, fans streamed into downtown Regina. Several hundred people had gathered at the intersection of Albert Street and Victoria Avenue — part of the street dubbed "The Green Mile" after fans gathered to celebrate the team's 2007 Grey Cup championship victory.
Fans wore flags, took selfies and set off fireworks.
