SOMERSET, Pa. – A well-known toffee shop has found a sweet new home in Somerset, its owners have announced.

Scamps Toffee, which was founded in Ligonier, was purchased by Somerset-area residents Emily and Justin Korns and is moving to 109 E. Main St. in Uptown Somerset, with a grand reopening celebration set for Nov. 24. ×
