Malawian artist Kell Kay has delighted his mother with a brand-new car, sending her a heartwarming surprise through his child, Octavia and his wife. The gift comes while Kell Kay is currently on tour in Scotland and the UK.

Sharing the moment on social media, Kell Kay wrote: “Congratulations to my amazing mom on her brand new car! PrimeTime Limited, thank you for delivering an amazing vehicle and making her day so special! Mom, you deserve it.”

The musician is also gearing up for the release of his second half album, ‘Ndabwera ndi Nkhani’, featuring 15 tracks, set for 1 December 2025. This follows the successful launch of his first half album, which has already amassed over one million streams on Spotify.
