Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley, who missed the team's previous three games with a hamstring injury, was activated for Sunday's game with the Houston Texans but left after his team's first offensive play.
Ridley caught a 13-yard pass from rookie quarterback Cam Ward, but was slow to get up. Grabbing at his ankle, Ridley was able to walk off the field under his own power and limped to the medical tent. Moments later, he rode a cart to the Tennessee locker room.
Ridley injured his hamstring in an Oct. 12 loss at Las Vegas. He has 17 catches for 303 yards, second on the team.
The Titans said Ridley is questionable to return for the game's remainder.
