Udupi, Nov 17: Dr Vasudeva Bhat K M, professor and head of the Department of Paediatric Oncology, Kasturba Medical College and Hospital, Manipal has been awarded the esteemed Fellowship in Paediatric Neuro-Oncology by the globally renowned St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis, Tennessee, USA.

The certificate was formally presented by Dr Ibrahim Qaddoumi, Program Director of the fellowship, who leads the Paediatric Neuro-Oncology services at St. Jude. The achievement marks a significant milestone, as this is the first fellowship of its kind to be conferred in India in the field of paediatric neuro-oncology.
