The Dockers have released a minute and a half long Ashes inspired video to their social media channels to officially announce their 2026 season fixtures.

It comes after the AFL officially released the 2026 fixture after previously leaking both Opening and Gather Rounds in the past week.

The Dockers tied their fixture release with the highly anticipated upcoming summer of cricket.

The video combined some of Australia’s most iconic and recognisable Ashes moments with some of the club’s most popular players and moments from 2025.

For example, Patrick Voss’ six-goal performance against Collingwood at the MCG in 2025 was compared to Scott Boland’s famous six-wicket haul against the Poms in 2021 to announce the club’s Gather Round match-up with the Pies. Loading Tweet
