( NewsNation ) — President Donald Trump is expected to meet with the White House World Cup Task Force on Monday amid preparations to protect the event from potentially dangerous drones .

Drones have been identified as one of the biggest security concerns for the 11 hosting cities, and $500 million is now being invested in a security plan for next summer’s games.

At an event last week, leaders from the U.S. hosting cities met with private companies that have the technology to take on the tech.
