Dick Van Dyke shared an update on his health just weeks before his 100th birthday.

The “Mary Poppins” actor reflected on how aging has affected him in an essay for the Sunday Times published Nov. 13.

“It’s frustrating to feel diminished in the world, physically and socially,” he wrote.

Van Dyke explained that he recently had to turn down gigs in Chicago and New York because the travel is too much for him these days.

“Almost all of my visiting with folks has to happen at my house,” he said.

The comedian — known for portraying old men in various roles over the years — noted that he is now experiencing “physical deterioration.”

“Like my old characters, I am now a stooper, a shuffler and a teeterer. I have feet problems and I go supine as often as is politely possible,” he said.
