KINSTON, N.C. (WITN) - A man and a woman from La Grange are being held without bond after Kinston police charged them with multiple drug offenses.
Police say the arrests of Jennifer Grady and Charles Marshburn happened after a traffic stop around 1:30 a.m. on U.S. 70 near Queen Street.
After being given permission to search Grady’s vehicle, officers say they they 55 dosage units of alprazolam, a quantity of methamphetamine and fentanyl, along with drug paraphernalia.
The two were charged with possession with intent to sell/deliver meth, possession with intent to sell/deliver Schedule IV controlled substance, conspire to deliver meth, conspire to deliver Schedule IV controlled substance, felong possession Schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle for sale/delivery of drugs,
