WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. —

A man is facing an attempted homicide charge after shooting someone multiple times inside a home in Westmoreland County.

Officials say the victim sustained gunshot wounds to the torso, face and arm. According to officials, that victim was able to identify Rodgers as the person who shot him.

A woman who was at the home, but left before authorities arrived, told investigators she received a call from the victim stating "Red" had shot him.

Rodgers has since been arrested and charged with attempted homicide and two counts of aggravated assault.

The victim is expected to survive.
