VANDALIA, Ill. (KSDK) - Prosecutors charged a 43-year-old man with the murder of a 14-year-old Illinois girl late last week, according to WAND news partner KSDK .
The girl's biological mother, Megan Zeller, identified her as Kylie Toberman.
Toberman was reported missing around 6:30 a.m. Friday and was found dead later that afternoon, Illinois State Police said.
In addition to a charge of first-degree murder, Arnold B. Rivera was also charged with one count each of aggravated criminal sexual assault and concealing a homicidal death.
Toberman was found in an RV behind the home she lived in, Zeller said.
Authorities declined to release any additional information Sunday night, citing the ongoing investigation.
