ANN ARBOR, MI — A debated deal to put the city’s backing behind the Arbor South development is back on City Council’s agenda and questions continue to be raised about it.

Council is expected to vote Monday night, Nov. 17, on a public-private development agreement to have the city participate in the large-scale project at State Street and Eisenhower Parkway.

Also up for a vote is brownfield plan to invest $300 million or more in new property tax revenue expected to be generated by the development back into the project as a reimbursement of costs over 30 years. That includes building three new public parking decks and other infrastructure.
