UNION COUNTY, OHIO, Ohio — A 17-year-old Dublin high school student was killed and four other people, including two juveniles, were injured in a crash in Union County Sunday evening.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Claudia Phan, 17, was traveling north on Hyland Croy Road in a Kia Forte around 7:30 p.m. when she crossed the center line and hit a Ford Explorer.

Phan was pronounced dead at the scene, according to OSHP. The driver of the Ford was taken to Riverside Methodist Hospital with serious injuries. A woman in the front passenger seat was hospitalized with minor injuries, and two juveniles riding in the back seat were taken to Nationwide Children’s Hospital, also with minor injuries.

The crash is under investigation.
