Former Vikings captain Jack Brewer had a lot to say about Kris Boyd being shot in Manhattan on Sunday.

Fans might remember Brewer after he slammed the state of Minnesota for refusing to follow Donald Trump’s order to ban transgender athletes from girls’ sports.

Brewer, a former special teams captain with the Minnesota Vikings, is now speaking out on a shooting that reportedly left New York Jets cornerback Kris Boyd critically wounded.

Boyd was left in critical condition and clinging to life after being gunned down on the street outside a restaurant in the heart of Manhattan around 2 a.m. Sunday. Two gunshots struck the 29-year-old in the abdomen.
