The holy days of the Sabarimala Sastha pilgrimage have begun. The Sannidhanam, which proclaims the Vedic principle of "I am the one who prays to me", will be filled with 'Saranam Vili's in the coming days. This year's Mandala-Makaravilakku pilgrimage is taking place at a time when the dark clouds that have gathered over Sabarimala are starting to disappear one by one, making the grandeur of this Mandala season even brighter.
