Strictly Come Dancing star Balvinder Sopal has admitted that ‘it was horrible’ as she sent a message to her ‘good friend’ Vicky Pattison after their dance-off.

Saturday night (November 16) saw the EastEnders actress and her professional dance partner Julian Caillon perform American Smooth to My Guy by Mary Wells.

Scoring 27 points out of 40 from the judges, Balvinder and Julian were joint bottom of the leaderboard with Vicky and Kai Widdrington, who danced the Jive to Sound of the Underground by Girls Aloud.

It was revealed in the following night’s results show that Balvinder and Vicky would be battling it out to make it to the show’s iconic Blackpool Week.
