Millennials and older Gen Z gamers know what it's like to walk into a GameStop to trade in unwanted games or old consoles. But now, the retailer is having a day where people can trade in anything. Well, just about.

Trade-ins became synonymous with the retailer, but on Saturday, Dec. 6, GameStop will have its first-ever "Trade Anything Day," where people can trade in anything they want, with some restrictions, for store credit, GameStop told USA TODAY in an email.

The object customers choose to trade in must fit in a 20x20x20 box, and customers can trade in up to 1 item.
