MANHATTAN — Taylor Poitier's eyes lit up when he was asked how film sessions tend to go after the Kansas State football team struggles.
Days before, Kansas State struggled to put away one of the worst teams in the country, escaping with a 14-6 win over Oklahoma State in Stillwater.
"It'll be a little harsh reality, but you really need that," the Wildcats' starting left guard said. " We didn't meet a lot of the goals we had ."
Kansas State (5-5, 4-3 Big 12) is still dealing with some of the fallout that comes with such a performance against a team that hasn't won a Big 12 contest in two years. At the same time, the Wildcats are trying to put it behind them, when they'll be a big underdog when they visit No. 13 Utah on Saturday, Nov. 22, in Salt Lake City.
