MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Memphis Grizzlies announced Monday that star guard Ja Morant would miss at least two weeks due to a right calf strain.

The team said that Morant suffered the injury during the first quarter of the Grizzlies' 108-100 road loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday night. He will be evaluated in about two weeks, the Grizzlies said.

Memphis point guard Ja Morant scored seven points in six minutes before exiting with right calf soreness Saturday night.

He missed the previous game Wednesday in Boston with a sore right ankle .
