FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - After a gusty weekend, feeling only a slight breeze today was a welcome change :)
Surprisingly, wind does not look to be much of a factor at all this week, though it is looking quite gray.
Overnight lows will drop into the low to mid 30s as our next system moves in. Light rain is expected to begin across Northern Indiana between 4-6 am and Northwest Ohio between 5-7 am. There could be enough cold air (temperatures between 33-35º) for perhaps a bit of sleet or a rain/snow mix at the onset, especially north of Fort Wayne close to the Michigan line. Ice and snow accumulations look negligible thanks to the weak nature of this system, however bridges and overpasses could perhaps be slick in spots, so be extra careful during the morning commute!
