LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. — Topgolf has submitted a pre-development application with the City of Liberty Lake, pushing forward with its proposal to bring an indoor golfing venue to the Inland Northwest.

According to the Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce , ARCO/Murray National Holdings, Inc., along with ARCO/Murray National Construction Co., the design-building contractor known for constructing Topgolf venues, has submitted a permit to begin developing a long-awaited Liberty Lake location.

Topgolf is set to develop a site near East Country Vista Drive and Kramer Parkway for its new location. It is unknown when construction will begin.

Back in August 2024, the Liberty Lake City Council approved a lighting ordinance amendment, which cleared the way for Topgolf development in the city.
