Spurs get devastating Victor Wembanyama injury update

After the San Antonio Spurs suffered a 109-108 loss to the Golden State Warriors last Friday, many were concerned with the health of the franchise’s 21-year-old star Victor Wembanyama.

The former No. 1 overall pick endured a calf injury during the contest and for precautionary reasons, San Antonio elected to sideline him for their Sunday night clash against the Sacramento Kings .

On Monday, the Spurs received a new injury update on Wembenyama, and it was devastating for the franchise, to say the least.
