Phoenix residents providing feedback for the city’s Energy Access Plan wanted to see more incentives for energy-efficiency programs, better education efforts about existing programs and government policy to help lower energy costs.
The city of Phoenix is crafting its Energy Access Plan with a goal to ensure all residents have access to affordable, reliable and sustainable energy. Council will vote Dec. 9 on a draft plan, which will accompany the city’s Climate Action Plan passed in 2021.
