CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - A former Cape Girardeau city councilman could be facing prison time after his plea hearing on Monday.
According to U.S. Attorney of the Eastern District of Missouri Thomas C. Albus, 55-year-old Rhettney “Rhett” B. Pierce pleaded guilty to one count of possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine.
