CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- With Thanksgiving just over a week away, AAA says holiday travel is gearing up to be busy both in the skies and on the roads.

The recent government shutdown triggered widespread flight delays, but with the FAA lifting commercial flight restrictions, AAA says air travelers may have fewer concerns heading into the holiday week.
