Reclusive Neighbours actor Ryan Moloney has traded his multimillion-dollar luxury property in Victoria for the Moroccan desert as his return to Aussie television reportedly gets underway.

Moloney, who played Jarrod “Toadfish” Rebecchi aka Toadie in Neighbours from 1995 to 2025, will star in Channel 7’s SAS Australia revival next year.

Filming is taking place for SAS Aus v Eng, which will pit a team of Aussie celebrities against a team of celebs from the UK.

Shot in the Moroccan desert, the show will through the celebrities into military-style challenges that test their mental and physical strength.

The reality show will mark Moloney’s first return to the national spotlight since Aussie soap Neighbours was axed for a second and final time last year.
