According to Detectives, Nechelle Rucker, 15, was last seen in Hempstead. She is described as a female black, 5’2” tall, 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black and white sweater and blue jeans. Her possible destination is Rockville Center.
