TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - A man is behind bars after being accused of stealing a forklift as well as an ATM early Monday morning, according to Tallahassee Police.
Joshua Hidalgo, 38, was arrested and faces several charges, including burglary of a structure, criminal mischief, resisting an officer without violence, grand theft and possession of burglary tools with intent to use, court records revealed.
The 38-year-old’s arrest comes after officers responded to the area of Birmingham Street just before 5:15 a.m. after someone reported seeing a person, later identified as Hidalgo, using a forklift to transport an ATM, TPD wrote in a press release Monday afternoon.
