The city of Little Rock avoided potential court sanctions on Monday involving the litigation over the wrongful firing of a Little Rock police officer with a last-minute agreement to pay him and his lawyers more than $72,000 in back pay and legal expenses, plus interest, to end more than six years of litigation.
