An entire team of heroes from Nintendo's library have an opportunity to make a surprise appearance in The Super Mario Galaxy Movie . The Super Mario Bros. Movie proved Illumination's willingness to go outside the normal boundaries of Mario and Luigi's adventures by bringing in not only Donkey Kong, but taking them directly to his neck of the woods, allowing the likes of both Diddy Kong and Cranky Kong to appear in a Mario film.

With that mind, there's a great deal that may be on the table when it comes to who may show up in the upcoming Super Mario Bros. Movie sequel .
