Redlands’ Lincoln Memorial Shrine invites the community to its annual Gettysburg Address anniversary commemoration, to be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, in Smiley Park, outside the Lincoln Shrine.

Th free event will feature Civil War-era music, live artillery demonstrations and a dramatic performance of President Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address.

Participants include the Mountain Fifes and Drums and the Camp Carleton Cornet Band, playing music of 19th-century America; and the 1st Pennsylvania Light Artillery, bringing the thunder of the battlefield to life with artillery demonstrations, according to a news release.

Lincoln presenter Robert Broski will recite the Gettysburg Address.

The Lincoln Memorial Shrine is in Smiley Park behind the A.K. Smiley Public Library, 125 W. Vine St.
