Penn State’s football program is going to look much, much different in two months’ time.

Not only is a new head coach going to be at the helm, but he’ll hire a new staff of coordinators, position assistants, analysts, recruiting directors and likely even a general manager.

And on top of all of that, the roster will experience major churn with a ton of seniors graduating and an expected large pool of transfers departing and entering the program.

One X-factor to consider in all of this? Former Nittany Lions head coach James Franklin and his new job at Virginia Tech, which he took Monday evening .
