A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against Southern California Edison and Edison International over the deadly Eaton Fire in Los Angeles County. Attorneys working with LA Fire Justice say the companies caused the January fire, which resulted in 19 deaths, multiple injuries, and significant damage. The lawsuit centers on the death of Stacey Darden, who lived in Altadena at the time. Southern California Edison says it is reviewing the lawsuit and will respond through the legal process.
