Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents arrested a Reddick man on Nov. 17 on charges of first-degree murder and kidnapping in connection with the death of an English woman whose remains were discovered on Oct. 17 in Marion Oaks.

Dwain C. Hall, 53, has been locked up at the Marion County Jail since Oct. 18 on charges of felony fraudulent use of credit card and unlawful use of a two-way communications device to facilitate felony. Both those charges are related to the woman who was killed, according to FDLE.
