BOSTON —

Three of the nine workers detained by ICE at an Allston car wash earlier this month are awaiting release on bond.

Their attorney told NewsCenter 5 the three were granted bond during a hearing on Monday and were waiting for release. The other six men who were detained on Nov. 4 are awaiting hearings.

The raid happened at the Allston Car Wash on Cambridge Street. The business reopened the next day, but with a sign warning of reduced hours.

The president of the Boston University College Republicans, Zac Segal, subsequently claimed that he was the reason ICE agents showed up at the car wash in the first place.
