Police in North Texas are expected to release findings Tuesday in a case that has shaken the city of Celina and the surrounding Collin County community.

Former middle school football coach Caleb Elliott faces multiple charges for allegedly recording naked boys in a locker room, leading to several lawsuits against the school district.

On Monday, the Celina ISD school board met for the first time since Elliott was arrested a third time, federally indicted, and served with multiple civil suits.

Trustees spent an hour and a half in executive session, discussing, in part, the Elliott case and lawsuits that allege the district “not only was aware of the problem [involving Elliott]… but deliberately undertook to cover it up.”

Six district employees are now off the job, at least temporarily. A
