New Delhi: Multiple courts in Delhi were put on high alert on Tuesday after an email threatening bomb blasts was received by various government and police email addresses. According to officials, the threat mail claimed that explosive attacks would target Dwarka Court, Patiala House Court, Rohini Court and Saket Court.
The threats were also sent to CRPF schools in Prashant Vihar and Dwarka, prompting an immediate security sweep at both campuses.
The message was sent from an email ID bearing the name “jaish-e-mohammad”, raising concerns of possible terror involvement. It was addressed to the Press Information Bureau (PIB), Delhi Police and several senior officials.
